Description du poste

Rattaché à la Direction Générale, vous gérez votre portefeuille de clients et de commandes, pour 1 ou plusieurs sociétés (étoiles) du Groupe.

 

VOS MISSIONS :

  • Suivi des contrats et des commandes (Clients & Fournisseurs) ;
  • Suivi des réceptions / livraisons ;
  • Facturation et suivi des litiges ;
  • Recouvrement ;
  • Participation aux travaux de reporting (mensuels, trimestriels, annuels) ;
  • Assistance à la Direction.

Profil recherché

De formation bac +2 ou plus, type « Management des Unités Commerciales » ou « Assistanat de Gestion », vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative (2/3 ans minimum) sur des fonctions similaires.

Vous avez idéalement une connaissance des métiers de l’informatique.

Vous êtes rigoureux, de nature curieuse et totalement autonome sur la gestion des dossiers clients.

Logiciels : Bureautique Microsoft (Excel, Word, Teams, …), ERP
